Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders. Every print is dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch.

International shipping is available at checkout — rates and times vary by destination.

Prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed orders are carefully boxed.

Returns

We want you to love your print. If it's not right, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email hisandhersprintsuk@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return postage for non-faulty items is covered by you — we'd recommend getting proof of postage.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your return reaching us, excluding the original delivery cost.

Damaged in transit?

Every order is checked and packed with care, but if your print arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement straight away.
