What is the return policy?

Can I return an item? We hope you'll love your print, but we accept returns within 30 days provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost).

How do I get a refund or exchange? Please email us at hisandhersprintsuk@gmail.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back, and we'll be happy to help.

How long do I have to return an item? We offer a 30-day returns policy for unused items in their original condition.

What postage method should I use? If you're returning an item that isn't damaged or faulty, the cost of return postage will need to be covered by you. As we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit, we'd recommend getting proof of postage.

How long will it take to process my refund? Once your return has arrived safely with us, we'll process your refund within 14 days, excluding any original delivery cost.

What if my print arrives damaged? Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, but if your print arrives damaged or faulty please email us as soon as possible and we'll put it right straight away.

What is the size and quality of the prints?

What size are the prints? All of our prints are A2 (42 x 59.4cm), making them a bold and striking addition to any wall.

What quality are the prints? Our prints are produced on premium 250gsm matte paper, giving a clean, gallery-quality finish that lets the colours and detail really stand out. Each print is carefully packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition.
